We are looking for an Office assistant/Dispatcher to answer phones, taking orders and
assist with office tasks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with high
attention to detail and strong customer service skills.


Responsibilities
– Answer incoming calls
– Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
– Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
– Perform receptionist duties when needed
– Other duties as request


Skills
– Knowledge of “back-office” computer systems
– Working knowledge of office equipment
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficiency in MS Office
– Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
