Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Hospitality Coordinator to join our team.
This position oversees hospitality operations for ministry events, church-wide meals,
and facility rentals, ensuring excellence in food service, vendor coordination, volunteer
engagement, and resource management. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Duties
Role and Responsibilities
– Develop and manage budgets for both food services and special events. •
– Collaborate with ministry teams to plan and execute hospitality services for
churchwide any special events.
– Work with external caterers and vendors to secure competitive pricing and to
facilitate ministry events. •
– Assist the Weddings/Funeral Coordinator as needed.
– Serve as the primary contact for external groups requesting facility rentals.
– Prepare monthly internal billing to allocate event-related expenses to the
appropriate ministry areas.
– Oversee food quality and quantities for weekly church meals (e.g. Wednesday
lunch and dinner), ensuring quality and adequate quantity.
– Work with ministry teams to secure & direct volunteers for ministry events when
needed.
– Manage and maintain kitchen equipment, supplies, and pantry organization. •
Maintain inventory of event-related supplies including paper goods, linens, and
other essentials.
– Collaborate with the Properties and Services team to coordinate logistics for
events.
– Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event management, or a related field.
– Minimum 4 years of experience in hospitality coordination or management
– Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for filing and documentation
processes.
– Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
Strong customer support skills with a focus on providing an exceptional guest
experience.
– Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing
individual responsibilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
