Our client is looking for an energetic and organized Customer Service Dispatcher to
help keep the office and customer deliveries running smoothly and efficiently. In this key
role, you’ll answer phones, input orders, communicate with drivers, count inventory,
perform office, & administrative duties, and ensure top-notch service every step of the
way.
What You’ll Do:
Answer customer calls with professionalism and a can-do attitude
Assist with Dock Customer orders
Input orders in to our Routing system
Schedule and dispatch freight deliveries for maximum efficiency
Use GPS to monitor routes and provide real-time updates
Work with supply chain teams to streamline shipping and receiving
Keep accurate records of dispatch logs and service reports
Analyze freight movement data to support planning
Support drivers and ensure compliance with safety regulations
What You Bring:
Experience in logistics dispatching, or transportation preferred
Strong communication and phone skills
Familiar with GPS, freight, and shipping operations
Detail-oriented and great at multitasking
Comfortable with software systems and data entry
Team player with a self-starting mindset
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Willing to work weekends and holidays if needed
